TURN AROUND TIME

Virtual Tours - Following business day (eg; Shoot Monday, Deliver Tuesday)
Standard Photography - 1 business day to process (eg; Shoot Monday, Deliver Wednesday)
Drone Photography - 1 business day to process (eg; Shoot Monday, Deliver Wednesday)
Video - 2 business days to process* (eg; Shoot Monday, Deliver Thursday)

* non standard videos will take longer than 2 business days, this is discussed prior to the shoot date.

TRAVEL DISTANCE

Max Visuals is based out of Camden, NSW.
Areas outside of the Macarthur Region will need to be booked further in advance and may require a travel fee. These areas include the Southern Highlands and South or West Sydney.

payment terms (the awkward bit)

Prices are discussed prior to beginning work to avoid any stress or surprises.
Invoices are paid before the high resolution images can be downloaded.
Jobs over $600 will require a 50% upfront payment before work begins, with the remaining 50% invoiced as above.

Unfortunately, these terms have been decided after a few magical disappearances, I promise it’s nothing personal.

confirmations and Cancellations

Confirmations: We will make sure to confirm your booking the day before the shoot.

Cancellations: We understand that things simply don’t go to plan sometimes, which is why there is only one term we stand by for cancellations. If a cancellation is made within 12 hours of the starting time, we will need to invoice for 25% of the total expected invoice for that booking, which covers the time and preperations we made for that appointment.

It rarely comes to this as our confirmations allow us to communicate the readiness of a job.
